HMHG-I. series flexible pulley is a hollow flanging standard structure, with a large diameter hollow shaft hole in the middle of the wave generator cam, and a support bearing inside the reducer, which is fully sealed and easy to install, which is very suitable for the occasion of threading from the center of the reducer

 

Principle of Harmonic Gear Transmission

 

The harmonic gear drive, invented by C.W. Musser in 1955, uses elastic deformation of flexible components for movement and power transmission. This innovative transmission mode provides unique functions not achievable with traditional rigid component transmissions.

 

Harmonic Deceleration Principle

 

The deceleration principle of harmonic gear transmission involves the controlled elastic deformation of the flexwheel, rigid wheel, and wave generator to achieve motion and power transmission. The continuous rotation of the wave generator causes the flexwheel to deform, enabling active transmission of movement from the wave generator to the flexwheel.
